AVOID

Bill Osborne/ RL Contracts/SE Home Improvements ruins houses! We had Bill undertake an extension for us, quite simple, yet one wonders how he managed to cock it up so spectacularly and destroy my house. The roof had to come off, ceiling had to come down, floor had to be lifted, and imagine my surprise when I found my Tobermore paving hidden underneath it with a layer of mortar on top to hide it which shouldn't have even been there! Plasterboard had to come off all surfaces, soil pipe, which he fitted, was wrong and is still leaking. Window was not fitted corrected with no DPC and stuffed with plastic bags, wrong window sill, wrong brick, wonky roof, with extremely poor lead flashing, (I know this because it rained inside), broken tiles and destroyed entire my garden in the process. I managed to get my money from Bill after months and months of dealing with him. I am still owed £1500 that he agreed to pay for my roof replacement and £132 for top soil to fix the garden. AVOID.
