Profile

We Are Recognised With All Major Insurance Companies Including BUPA and AXA

Welcome to Nicky Sharp Osteopathy, based in East Finchley, North London. We treat patients using osteopathy, cranial osteopathy and western acupuncture.

About Us

With many years' training and experience, we provide the highest quality osteopathic healthcare and are friendly, professional and thorough. We'll take the time to get to know you whether you come in for a one-off appointment, several treatments, or book a regular monthly maintenance session. All our Osteopaths are registered with the General Osteopathic Council. Why not find out more about what we do.

Visiting Us

Your first visit will last around 45 minutes - 1 hour. During this time your Osteopath will take your complete medical history and discuss the issues that are currently troubling you. You will be asked to undress down to your underwear, so your Osteopath can asses, observe and examine you. Then, once the diagnosis is clear, they will discuss their recommended treatment plan with you. Your treatment could involve hands-on soft tissue massage, cranial osteopathy, acupuncture, stretching of tissues, mobilisation of joints and spinal manipulation. Please be assured that we will be respectful at all times.

Insurance

We are recognised with all major medical insurance companies. Most insurance companies require you to be referred by your GP prior to treatment. Please check the terms of your policy for it's requirement. If we are to claim our fees directly from the insurance company we will require your policy details and a claim authorisation code. We now accept credit and debit cards.
