Sure start works with families and carers of children aged 0-4 to enable them to reach their full potential and experience new opportunities. We do this by providing a range of services that are community led. All activities are accessible and free to eligible families living in the sure start catchment areas. The project offers programmes of fun and games for children with special needs to help develop skills and abilities. We offer baby massage, ante and post natal classes, breast feeding support, advice on stop smoking and healthy eating, toy and book library, story sacks, mothers and toddlers, fun days, swim club, living with young children and many more.
