Awful agent

We have waited two months to get deposit after we moved out and no response. I contacted the agent several times and found out that they have blocked my number. We lost our deposit (twice of our monthly rent approx. £1100). The day after we move out, the agent emailed about cleaning fees for under the beds and painting fees will be deducted from our deposit which were found during inspection day whereas we left the house spotless. We wrote the complaint letter to agent and received response on same day stating that they can only commence after getting email from Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS). I contacted TDS directly and turns out they did NOT even start processing of returning the deposit yet. They are taking advantages on students. One of my local friends got deducted from their deposit for repairing fees whereas the house itself before moving in was messy, furniture were broken and not even in good condition.
