Shocking Service, Overcharging, Dishonest

I left my Tesla car into Custom Vehicle Solutions after having a chat on the phone to John (owner) about one of the handbrakes getting stuck on my Tesla Model S car. Left vehicle in, told Custom Vehicle Solutions that 2 x new hand brakes fitted from Tesla would cost me £1,000, they advised me price would be a lot less than £1000 to recondition the and brakes, but they never told me the outrageous work until after work was completed. I was advised job would take 2 days, 5 days later I received a phone call to say hand brakes was completed and cost would be £1200. I queried the outrageous cost of £1,200 to recondition the hand brakes, that was more than the cost new, and several times more than other quotes I received previously. I told John I wanted the price reduced. I also got main brakes of car reconditioned, more of that issue later. I contacted John who is the owner of the business about reducing the total amount I was charged of £2000. He told me he would get straight back to me
